  • If you have not done Pilates or are returning after a break or injury we advise starting at beginners level.

Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness.


Water, Comfortable clothing (suggest t0 layer up) and Mat. If you don’t have a Mat these can be purchased in clinic or online at
