Reformer involves carrying out a series of Pilates exercises on a reformer machine which allows you to add resistance to exercises.

The class involves lying, sitting, kneeling or standing on a moveable platform and using pulleys and springs to increase or decrease the intensity of the exercise.

It is a full body strengthening workout that helps increase full body strength, improve balance and flexibility.
