- Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine. It adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine. The same Pilates principles apply in our reformer classes.
- If you would like to try the Reformer we can organise a free trial class for you just give us a call at the clinic.
